Expired Products
For any expired products, a full product refund will be given. You must send the product image with the expiry date clearly showing, along with the order number and invoice of the order.
Damaged/Spilled/Rotten Products
If any product is damaged, spilled, or rotten, a full refund for the product will be given. You must send the product or package image showing the problem, along with the order number and invoice of the order.
Missing Items
For any missing items, you must send an image of the delivery package with the delivered items, along with a clear image of the physical invoice and the order number. We will investigate the dispatched order, and after confirmation, a full refund will be issued for the missing products.
Refund Procedures
As this is a Cash on Delivery website, refunds will be issued either in cash during your next delivery, as a bank transfer, or as store credit on sabahalalfood.com. Bank transfers may take 5–10 business days to process. Store credit refunds will be added to your account within 1–3 business days and can be used to purchase any items on the website.
